The CIMF wanted to have a new organization chart that is in line with the services provided by the center and that takes into account good practices.
A Get’IT Member accompanied the CIMF in the deployment of ITIL procedures in order to position the center in a service-oriented approach and to set up an organization which allows better governance of the information system and which is able to provide a quality of service in line with customer needs
