The Ministry of Communication Technology and the Digital Economy called on 3 members of Get’IT to prepare a study for the establishment of a national system of unique identification of the citizen and the implementation implementation of a national information system.
The services planned under this project include support, advice and the development of a turnkey software solution:

  • Supporting the Tunisian government in defining its own reform project and helping the ministry to define the future unique citizen identifier and develop the implementation plan.
  • The implementation of the national system of unique identification of the citizen is based on a Register of the Unique Identifier of the Citizens “RIUC” and the connection with the various information systems concerned.
  • RIUC Management Information System (SI-IUC): a platform for access to RIUC data by public bodies and a portal for citizens, allowing consultation and control of their personal data.</ li>
